Terms of Service

Effective September 7, 2026

FamilyAI is a private, invitation-only family assistant. These terms apply to approved family members who use the application or authorize it to access an account.

Authorized use

You may use FamilyAI only if the operator has approved your access. There is no public registration. You are responsible for protecting your FamilyAI credentials and the devices you use to access the service.

Connected accounts

You may connect only an account that you own or are authorized to connect. Connecting a Google account authorizes the read-only access described on the consent screen and in the Privacy Policy. You may revoke that authorization through your Google Account.

Appropriate reliance

FamilyAI is an organizational aid and may produce incomplete or incorrect results. Confirm important dates, messages, obligations, and decisions with their original sources. FamilyAI is not an emergency service and does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.

Availability and access

The service may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued. Access may be suspended to protect family information, maintain the system, or respond to unauthorized use.

FamilyAI’s handling of personal information and Google account data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

These terms may be updated as FamilyAI changes. The effective date above will be revised when that happens.
